Lancia Flaminia GT3C Coupe (1962) – nut & bolt restored

  • Description

The Lancia Flaminia was launched at the 1956 Turin Motor Show as a direct replacement for the hugely successful Aurelia. Utilising a similar layout to the Aurelia with a rear transaxle gearbox and in-board brakes the Falminia was powered by a 2.5 litre V6 engine with a standard Solex carburettor. The Flaminia Coupe and Convertibles were Aluminium coach-built cars with their bodies being built by several Italian coachbuilders including Touring of Milan. A total of 1,550 Coupes were built, the 2.5 GT Coupes were built between 1957-1965 making them highly desirable. Other upgrades included fitting triple Weber 35DNC carburettors which boasted a power output of 140 bhp which propelled the car to a top speed of 130mph.

The Lancia Flaminia GT 3C Coupe offered here was delivered on 16th February 1962 by Carozzeria Touring of Milan.  Finished in Lord Blue with Burnt Orange leather interior this striking triple carburettor model was purchased in 2016 by its current owner in need of restoration. He undertook a no expense spared nut and bolt restoration which was carried out by the well-known and respected classic car specialist Adam Redding. Works included removing the engine and gearbox and stripping the whole body, before a bare metal respray was carried out. The car was also subject to a full mechanical overhaul including engine, gearbox, and suspension rebuild. Other notable works included overhauling the braking system, re-wire and interior re-trim.

Supplied with a current V5 registration document and Lancia factory documentation confirming specification, various invoices and other related documentary history.

Lancia Fulvia 1200 Series 1 (1967) – 34,300mls – completely original

  • Description

Rare first-series example, Totally original, Excellent bodywork, Fitted with electronic ignition system, Original tool kit

We absolutely adore this little Fulvia, a stunningly original car free from corrosion and in exceptional condition – having covered only 55,292km (34,357 from new). A Series 1 car from 1967 which are becoming increasingly hard to find. Pre dating Fiats takeover of Lancia and with the 1200 V4 engine – producing 80bhp. The car was imported from Italy in 2016 and has had a subtle amount of cosmetic restoration which is reflected in its appearance inside and out, with no known damage or visible corrosion, thanks largely to the car’s many years in a warm Italian climate. This characterful Italian coupe’s red leather upholstery and trim presents with a time-earned patina. The front seats and rear bench are very smart, with no substantial wear to speak of. The seats’ stitching had become brittle and damaged with age, so they have been repaired by an upholsterer, using new foam and colour-matched thread – but the leather was retained. Mechanically the car is excellent, free revving and crisp handling and ride. It rides on a set of period-correct F.P.S. wheels, finished in gold, fitted with Pirelli P3000 tyres in size 165/80 R13, which are in good condition and have ample tread remaining. The car will be accompanied by its two original sets of keys, its owner’s manual which has been translated and reprinted in English, receipts for its recent maintenance, its MOT test certificate from September 2022, its V5C and its original Italian registration documents and stamped original service history. The original tool kit, spare wheel and warning triangle are also present. Clearly an excellent car for investment or for fun, or both, this Fulvia will put a smile on your face!

Lancia Delta Integrale Evo2 Giallo Ginestra (1995) – 35,500mls – 290hp remap

  • Description

This 35k mile example is one of only 220 bonafide Giallo Ginestra Evo IIs ever produced. The paintwork presents in exceptional condition throughout and the quality of the finish is quite simply stunning with a deep, lustrous shine and absolutely no marks or blemishes to report. There are of course no rust issues present to either the bodywork or underside, the car having been stripped and fastidiously refurbished over an 18-month period. Even finer details such as the trims are in first-rate condition, and the panel gaps are spot on. With the exception of a few subtle changes including the black grille, Group A door mirrors, and larger 17-inch wheels, the exterior is visually not far off a standard example.

    INTERIOR
Sitting inside the Integrale there’s no doubt you’re behind the wheel of something special. The first thing you’ll notice are sliding Recaro buckets in black velour, and to hold you in place are 3-inch OMP harnesses for both driver and passenger. Other high-quality OMP items include a full roll cage, Alcantara steering wheel, and aluminium pedals. The original door cards have also been replaced with brushed aluminium items, and the rear seats have been removed entirely; in their place, a full-size spare wheel mounted firmly to the cage. The dash and centre console remain for the most part in their original state, with a few upgrades over standard including an uprated boost gauge for enhanced driver feedback, and the necessary Evo II short-shift kit with carbon fibre surround. The cabin is lifted further with tailored HF floor mats and a bespoke rear carpet installation giving a superb OEM-quality finish.

    ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
Lifting the bonnet reveals a very clean and well presented engine bay. During the car’s restoration the engine was removed and upgraded to the high specification detailed below. It was professionally remapped by JM imports in Newcastle and is currently running circa 290bhp at just 0.9 bar for optimum longevity and reliability. Full specification as follows:

    • AEM Induction kit with aluminium heat shield
    • 4 branch tubular exhaust manifold
    • SARD Fuel regulator
    • Colombo & Bariani high lift cams and Vernier cam pulleys
    • Full stainless steel rally spec. turbo-back exhaust system

    WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
This striking Giallo Ginestra sits on larger 17-inch alloy wheels all in perfect unmarked condition. They are wrapped in matching Continental tyres with less than 2k miles of wear. The brakes have also been checked and remain in fine operational condition. The Brembo callipers have all been fully refurbished in yellow. Additional underside specification as follows:

    • BC Racing RM coil overs with pillow ball adjustable top mounts.
    • Walker’s tubular rear diff cradle (stronger and lighter than OEM)

    HISTORY FILE
First registered in 1995 this striking rust-free example is one of only 220 Evo IIs produced in sublime Giallo Ginestra. Under current ownership the car has been fully refreshed to a very high standard and so presents in exceptional condition throughout. With only 35k miles under its belt it further benefits from a number of tasteful ‘clubsport’ upgrades (as above) perfectly suited to fast-road use, and unsurprisingly it’s the most rewarding Integrale we’ve ever driven.

The accompanying History File comprises the original Lancia document pack, owner’s manuals, the V5C registration document (showing 1 former keeper), and a raft of parts and labour invoices. The car was imported from the salt-free roads of Japan in 2016 with all taxes paid on arrival. It has covered less than 2k dry miles since being in the UK.

Lancia Delta Integrale Evo2 (1993) – 70,000mls

  • Description

Presented in June 1993, the Evoluzione II version of the Delta HF Integrale – as featured here – was equipped with an updated version of the two-litre 16-valve turbo engine to produce more power. It also received a cosmetic and functional facelift that included new 16-inch alloy wheels, body-coloured roof mouldings, an aluminium fuel cap, air-intake grilles on the front mudguards, a red-painted cylinder head, and high-back Recaro sport seats. With ABS, fog lamps and Recaro seats now standard on all markets, the sole optional extra was air conditioning. The interior upholstery was always trimmed in beige Alcantara with diagonal stitching on seat centres and door panels, however additional colour and trim combinations were made available through a number of limited editions.

    EQUIPMENT

Monza Red paintwork, Beige Alcantara upholstery, Recaro sports seats, 16-inch alloy wheels, 5-speed manual transmission, Air conditioning, Electric windows, PAS, ABS, Adjustable rear spoiler, Three-spoke leather Momo Corse steering wheel, ‘Final Edition’ quick shift kit, Full Ragazzon stainless steel exhaust including de-cat pipe (original exhaust system included), Spare 17-inch Speedline Corse alloy wheels, EU-spec headlights, Digital clock, Pioneer CD player, Central locking, Tailored HF carpet mats, Spare wheel with cover, Tool kit, Spare keys.

    INTERIOR

The deeply supportive Recaro seats are trimmed in soft beige Alcantara with the correct diagonal centre stitching. The upholstery remains in excellent original condition throughout with no marking and only some expected surface wear to report. The rear seats look especially fresh and appear to have been hardly used. Glancing across the dash, fascia, and centre console everything looks great with no sun damage or wear to the plastics, and in the footwells the carpets are protected by a set of tailored HF overmats. Pleasingly the original Momo Corse steering wheel is still fitted, the only upgrades over standard being a handy CD player and the Final Edition-style quick shift kit with carbon fibre surround.

    ENGINE & TRANSMISSION

The tightly packed engine bay presents really well. There are no signs of any damage or previous poor repair, and all the components appear in excellent condition including the red cam cover that’s free from any wear. Since arriving with us the car has been fully inspected, road tested, and has just been fitted with a new clutch for the next keeper’s peace of mind. The most recent service was carried out in June 2022 at 70,021 miles; a rolling road power run completed at the same time shows the engine to be producing a healthy 210hp at 5,860rpm. The cambelt was last changed in March 2021 at 68,563 miles; this work was carried out by Zagato Lancia in London.

    HISTORY FILE

This rust-free example was imported from Japan in 2011 with a fully documented 66k miles under its belt. It has now driven a total of 70k miles (112,882km) and has seen only 4 UK owners. The accompanying History File includes the original Lancia document wallet with all owner’s manuals, the service booklet, and a raft of specialist maintenance invoices from its time in the UK. At the current mileage, the car has received a new clutch and new front brakes. It was most recently serviced in June 2022 and the cambelt was last changed in March 2021. Other recent spends include a full Ragazzon stainless steel exhaust – which sounds absolutely fantastic – and a set of 17-inch Speedline Corse rims and tyres. The car is currently fitted with the original 16-inch wheels, but the Speedlines are included, as is the original exhaust system. The MOT is valid until June 2023.

Lancia Fulvia F&M 4 – built by Vere Lancia in the Netherlands

  • Description

A detailed researched and technically authentic hand-built Lancia.

It is powered by a 1300cc V4 Fulvia engine rebuilt to 1400cc fuelled through twin 40 Dellortos and driven through the Fulvia 5 speed dog leg box.

    Period alloy road wheels

Not to be confused with the standard Fulvia Coupe with the roof chopped off!

Lancia Delta Integrale Evo2 (1994) – 48,000mls – stunning condition

  • Description

Lancia Integrale Evo 2 1994, Giallo fly yellow with Alcantara and cloth interior. Only 48,000 miles from new and in exceptional condition throughout. History file contains book pack, original technical guide and various receipts. The certificate of authenticity states that this car is a special version colour of SS Giallo Ginestra with Alcantara Nero Con Cuciture Giallle. In 2017 (2000 miles ago) it had over £9000 spent on it mechanically, hence the reason for it to drive without fault. These cars are becoming more and more collectible as time goes on and they are few and far between in this condition. Also, this is arguably the best colour for an Integrale.
